We do not store your full payment details.
Orders may be cancelled for reasons including pricing errors, payment issues, or stock unavailability.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver to all locations within India.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.
Once dispatched, ownership and risk of goods transfer to the buyer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Incorrect information may result in additional re-delivery charges.
8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
(a) Damaged or Incorrect Products
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@satviksamagri.com with your order ID and clear images of the item and packaging.
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
(b) Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature, items such as incense, oils, food, or flowers are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
(c) Returnable Items
Non-perishable items (e.g., brassware, idols, or books) can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds (excluding original delivery costs) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
(d) Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
